  : Towels are not clean, floor is dirty (white towel is black after rubbing), outside shower can not use, floor is sticky and dirty. In the night, is is unsecured, because doors are so cheap and easy. Night curtains are not there, every one in Terrace See directly on our parents bedroom and door was open when we arrive and check in ourself. No more this company and no mir this apartment. We stay for 3 nights here and We are so happy, that we can leave tomorrow !!We have 4 small children, the cleanliness is intolerable and the unsecured is also intolerable. We pay 360 USD for every of the 3 nights and this is absolutely unreasonableness!!!!

  : Location The lady at vacation rentals was really nice and responsive but the maintenance guy she had call us about the fly problem asked what “we” suggested we could do another flys.
  : Swarms of flys in upstairs bedroom every night. We had to vacuum them up. The floors were really dirty. Had to put shoes on right out of the shower or your feet turn black. They need to find out how the flys get in every day. Doors and windows were kept closed. Even closed the door to upstairs all the time and flys were up there every night.

  : Great location. Close to everything. The house was comfortable.
  : The sofa bed was broken when we got there it took almost four hours and two calls later to get a replacement which was two cots. Two day laterthey brought in a new sofa bed. The safe did not work. The hair dryer actually sparked and blew up. We never met the host or the manager. when I finally called the local number the girl was totally clueless as to why I was calling. She had no idea I had called the number on the reservation twice. I have booked through Airbnb before and always had some kind of communication with the owner or the manager. I would stay at the property again because of the location but that would be the only reason. Our reservations showed a daily charge for cleaning service however they only came on the third day took the trash changed the sheets. I asked for extra coffee but never got it so I bought my own at the little Cuban coffee kiosk. The air conditioner in the downstairs bedroom was extremely noisy and kept coming on every 60 to 90 seconds. All of the floors in the house and the deck outside where dirty and needed to be thoroughly cleaned and the deck power washed. Our feet were black.
