: The location of the hotel and the pool area was very nice. The liittle extra's with ice cream and snacks was a nice touch
: the bartender didn't seem to understand the free glass of wine at hh and had my daughter go up to the room to get her wallet??

: Room was very comfortable; My daughter loved the ice cream and happy hour slushies.
: Pool chairs always had towels on them even if no one was around. Made the pool area feel less inviting than I wanted it to be.

: The welcome at the Santa Maria Resort is very warm. Check-in done in just a few minutes. There is a nice parking and we had the suite/condo number 2. On the ground floor facing the swimming pool. The entire building faces the swimming pool. The two bedroom apartment is perfect. There is nothing to say. The furniture are a little bit old but it is very clean. Full kitchen. TVs everywhere. Laundry. Really perfect. The location is ideal 2 min. walk from DUVAL street with all the restaurants and shops.
: If we had to say something negative it is only for the maintenance outside and around the swimming pool. It's dirty and it's sticky. All the tiling needs to be redone and you should think about changing the carpet near the pool bar. He is no longer old. The swimming pool area requires a good renovation as well as access to the Gym. It's the back of the hotel and it's not very clean.

: Very comfortable rooms with lots of space. Pool was more than adequate. Contrary to some of the reviews, the service was outstanding - cleaned the unit daily. Coffee, muffins and ice cream bars were replenished daily without asking.
: Only reason for a "9" instead of a "10" was the price. Admittedly we were there on a minor holiday week but it still didn't justify the cost. Minor issue - lacked a table and chairs for eating, playing cards, etc. Counter stools very uncomfortable to sit for more than 10 minutes.

: Split layout. Gorgeous gardens. Great staff.
: 2nd bathroom is uncomfortably small. Not enough counter space. Not enough space between toilet and sink at all. Would reconfigure larger bathroom to be smaller so that both bathrooms are large enough.
