  : The location was alright, near some stores and restaurants
  : I do not appreciate the surprise cash deposit they requested. I suggest taking pictures of the room as soon as you get into it for reference. I also don't like that I had a mandatory wait to check in early or I would have to pay an early check in fee.....

  : Location, price, surroundings and the rooms are fine. The staff does a great job except they don't have control of the noise factor. Loud music and people roaming the corridors at night make it hard to sleep. Someone was playing irritating loud music none stop.
  : The noise. I reported thrice and fourth time walked to the front desk zero response. The hotel hotel has a major problem with noise. They allow some residents to play loud music or leave TV on at the loudest noise all day long and night. We come to the hotel to sleep and have peace of mind. This hotel must take action against the noise menace. The back parking lot also has people hanging around. The notion of security come into mind. Safety must be a top priority and they have no security officer on the property. Noise and safety need to be addressed. I must check out because I could not sleep 2 days in a row. I m very disappointed.

  : Nothing , not clean at all bathroom has that nasty all around in the toilet , towels weren’t clean . Property was real hot .
  : I make a reservation online I accidentally book it to the 11 when I was just trying to do it for the 10 to sleep do to my concert it end at 2 am when I show the property they explain to me I have to check in till 3 pm when I need it to sleep just rest few hours . So I did another reservation as a walking customer n get the room but I DIDNOT STAY FOR THE 11 . And I try to cancel because the mistake it was they still charge me and on top of that I got charge 6 more dollars that idk what that was for really never again I will stay in any of this hotels .

  : The check in lady was nice.
  : It was unsafe. There were violet yelling people in the room next to us. The room were filthy (holes and stains in the sheets, mold all over the room, non functioning by outlets, bathroom was unuseable). A lot of the hardware was broken too.
