  : I particularly didn't like the filthy floor that was covered in dead squashed insects .I'm not squeamish but the kitchen area ,sink in the bathroom all had live insects crawling on the surfaces. When I got to my next hotel a large bug scurried out of my suitcase as I opened it !

  : The guy who checked me and helped me out was the ONLY good thing about the place.
  : I can't explain in JUST 2 or 3 sentences how bad it was. BUGS in the bedsheets and crawling on the bathroom door. The smell of the room would make you VOMIT !!! There was a STRONG marijuana smell as you walked up to the office. The Uber driver told me that I was in a REALLY bad part of town. I had NO idea!!! I was on the SOUTH side, and he said that next time, find one on the NORTH side of town. The VERY sweet lady who helped me book it was WONDERFUL, but also had no knowledge about the location. MAYBE this will help out anyone reviewing this, AND Booking.coms staff in recommendation AND locations about the area.

  : It was dirty and there were sketchy people living next to me.
  : The key fob never work no matter how many times I requested a new one. I requested replacements 20 times until the battery key fob reader form the door ran out of battery

  : The petite lady at the front desk working nights with the blonde and purple hair was the nicest, friendliest person ever.
  : The rooms were infested with roaches. The room next door had obviously been broken into with a battering ram by a SWAT team which didn't make us feel safe. The whole place was ghetto.
