: The photos in Scout were a little misleading and didn't quite match what was actually there. the lock boxes also were not labeled, so we had a hard time figuring out which was the right lock box. but the customer service rep was awesome at walking us through the process.

: I enjoyed the location of the property and how easy it was to do a self checkin.
: The apartment was not as clean as I would have liked. there was a huge stain on the couch, the bathroom had hair still in it, and the sink was clogged. Many of the dishes were dusty, the walls were very thin and everything echoed in the apartment. I couldn’t sleep that well because of the noises the pipes made that echoed throughout the apartment.

: The keybox was not labeled so it took me a while to figure out where it was despite pretty thorough instructions with pictures. The apartment was very loud. Hard to sleep. Noises sounded like they were coming from inside the apartment. The parking pass said I would get towed if there was no date on it (there wasn't) which made me nervous. Small things could have made it better like hooks in the bathroom for towels and a noise-maker or ear plugs. It also had a very strong smell like an air freshener that was overpowering and unpleasant.
