  : It was a newer hotel and the beds were comfortable.
  : We booked the “American Breakfast” when we reserved the room. The staff handed us menus with prices and told us no pancakes or waffles. My daughter doesn’t eat eggs so that left cereal for her and I asked if they could make French toast. They asked the chef and then he was suddenly able to make the pancakes and waffles? Everyone seemed confused about the prepay breakfast and I wasn’t sure if we could get more coffee or not. It was weird. We reserved for 3 people in the room and they had towels for 2. I called housekeeping and they asked for me to go down to pick them up because they were busy. The sheets for sofa had a big stain on them. I don’t think they pay attention to detail. This was the first time I stayed at a Delta hotel and I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

  : We enjoyed our cocktails and dinner at the restaurant; Chelsea and Willie were wonderful. Housekeeping staff were great. Bed was wonderful.
  : We were disappointed in the service at starbucks; we were pretty much ignored. But the biggest disappointment was that few people were wearing masks. And for what it’s worth, the chairs in the room, while they look inviting, are horribly uncomfortable. And having the alarm go off at six was not pleasant.
