  : The bathroom tub and toilet were dirty. There was hair in the tub, and it had a ring around it. The sink was old. The hallway smelled so bad my son held his breath every time. There was no ice machine available. There was no basket in the room for dirty towels, and I killed two roaches in the room.

  : I dont know how it passes inspections. The property is old and needs a lot of work. The elevator is not safe, starts moving before the door shuts, weak spots in the floor. Rooms have roaches. Tub doesnt drain well while youre showering. Toilet doesnt flush good. No air in the lobby or hallways. It smells bad. We had to go buy blankets pillows and sheets because ours looked dirty and had hair on them. We spent the first day spraying and disinfecting the room, because once you check in they have a no refund policy. They charge $150 extra if you have 4 people in the quadruple room but only want to give you 2 towels and 2 washcloths (and you have to go to the front desk and ask for those) and they are very rude about it.

  : After booking through you I just got my recent card statement and golf Towers charged me again for the room that I had already paid for. So I see them as a bunch of scammers now.
