  : that we were meet by realtor to give us the keys and show us to our room even if the flight was a late arrival. also the little coffee shop downstairs has a very good coffee all the aussies must try. a short walk to buses and waikiki beach was not far.
  : a kettle in room to be able to boil water as the coffee making facilities in room we were not use to.

  : Central location, close to the beach and restaurants with a super market around the corner. Appartment is good for three, four is possible, but then getting tight. A real gem is the vintage LP collection with an up-to-date record player.

  : I liked that it was located in Waikiki, although it was a less thandesired part of Waikiki. The elevators have garage to your floor accessavailable during the daytime hours. Average on the cleanliness. I likedthat they responded to my email about me being unhappy with the roomcost trickery and offered to cancel before they charged my credit card,how awesome of them, but I declined to cancel because I did not want tospend another hour looking for somewhere else to stay.
  : I did not like how their room price was listed, mentioning cleaning,taxes, room charges were "already included in total price",it's very misleading and although very clever, almost to the pointof false advertising. Hot but the bad kind of hot, I swear on my life, Iwent to Walmart to buy a fan because the ac is weak and partiallyblocked by the curtains. Speaking of, during the day with all thecurtains closed, the room was still bright (and hot). Have to go fromparking lot to lobby (elevator) to room at night. I don't know ifit's booking.comm or the host but I was bombarded with emailsregarding the room. They want the room cleaned before you check out. Lolno! I did clean a little bit like the dishes I used and threw out allthe trash even though I was charged a check out cleaning fee in advance(was not aware until after I clicked reserve), which doesn't includedaily maid service, I stayed there for less than 48hrs and barely made amess/dirtied up the place, clean it yourself.

  : It was extremely noisy! Don't choose this property. No front desk--the property is like airbnb, not the hotel at all. Very confusing. No one welcomes you and help you clean during your stay. All self-service, but the property is shady on this. Again, extremely noisy!!!

  : Perfect location, close to the beach, very close to the bus station, lots of stores, restaurants and groceries nearby. Very nice view.

  : Location, value for money, the door lock. Clarity of instructions provided before our arrival, everything was very clear. No power during first day but apartment refunded the fee so an excellent 'put it right'.
  : Air conditioning unit either not powerful enough or not in the right place as the room was still too warm, especially at night. Hard wooden floors, would have been nice to have either carpet of a larger mat.

  : Good views and nice balcony.
  : Very noisy road and bar across the road. Poor quality windows and very loud Aircon. Often loud noise outside til at least 4am, and constant road noise and sirens. Definitely only space for two. Nice place and convenient location, much better out there though. If booking, pack earplugs.
