  : Great facilities, and helpful staff. Location is fantastic, and whilst not cheap, it’s good value given its in the heart of Waikiki. Would also highly Recommend Redfish downstairs that has killer poke. Good vibes all round.
  : As others have noted only 1 lift working is a pain with so many people staying, and you have to wait for extended periods to catch it.

  : pool is nice, staff is polite, restaurant and cafeteria offered nice food & coffee. Location is very good- close to main street with restaurants and shops and 5min walk from the beach. Design of room is beautiful, a lot of nice touches but you couldn’t see all of that because room is so small. Bathroom was of decent size but no room for toiletries.
  : Rooms are so small that you don’t have where to put your stuff. We were family with 2 kids and we couldn’t even bring all suitcases in the room let alone open them. Room doesn’t have closet (?!) not even hangers. It has very small terrace for 2 people to sit. So if you want to enter or leave the room someone must go outside the room or to the terrace or sit on the bed so other can move around.. If this was 2 star hotel I could expect something like this but I don’t know how this hotel is 4 stars(?!).
