  : A number of things, it is not a one bedroom (it’s a studio), it’s not 100’ to the beach, it does not have a washer/drying (there’s a pay laundromat on the property), as for the kitchenette, a fridge @ microwave do not make a kitchenette (what dishes are there you wash them in the bathroom sink)! We got the keys as per instructions and then got a call from the security office wanting to know if we were in 702A, the next night @ 11:30pm the owner showed up and unlocked our door without knocking and had other tenants (?) with him, we kept the studio!!The Studios needs to be renovated! I could go on but I think you got my message!

  : Owner never sent an email with directions. The address was listed wrong on the website. We had to call to figure out where to go after going to the wrong place. Had to wait to get instructions on the lock box.

  : The location is close to the beach.
  : Needed 2 sets of keys. Had to lock my wife inside the room with a dead bolt lock when leaving to pickup doordash deliveries or to the store. If anything happened to me, she would not be able to leave the room. The door knob is unsecured and anyone on the outside can peak through. Had to cover the door knob with a towel for privacy.The room is small and facilites are outdated with extention cords

  : Quietness was enjoyable. Access to rest of Waikiki was excellent.
  : On-site parking was less than minimal. Refrigerator in room did not work. There was one on the lanai that worked properly, but very unhandy. No ice machine on property.

  : The location was the only thing as advertised.
  : There were numerous large roaches in the garage and on the stairs and door leading to the elevator level. The room was in poor condition. The door was scuffed and dirty. The drawers that held the dishes and such were off their rollers and not operable. There were not the ammount of dishes as advertised. The full size refrigerator was on the balcony. The bed was made and looked clean. However, the overall feel of the place and number of roaches in the garage and on the stairs leading to the lobby was unacceptable. We left and booked our stay at the Aston Sunset around the corner.

  : The location was very central to so many things that we could walk almost everywhere we went
  : We arrive after 3 like we were told and had to call the owner because the keys were not in the lock box. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets constantly came off. The door lock was a deadbolt that you had to lock from the inside as well and it constantly sounded like it was opening or being pushed open. The instructions we were given of where to find the lock was wrong and there was supposed to be a small breakfast provided but when we arrived we were told that was no longer true due to people stealing. Would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time.
