  : … Location was good!… Loved the heated pool! Wristbands instead of key cards was convenient… the guy who serves food and drinks at the pool was very friendly!
  : … Wish we could have had a balcony to sit out on… kind of skimpy on the shampoo/conditioner and soap… We had to ask for more… wish there were a few rooms with double beds for those who come with a friend…

  : We chose the hotel bc of the location. The location at Hollywood Beach is perfect.
  : Check in was delayed , and the room was not ready. They offered check out at 12 pm instead of 10 am. On checkout day 10:21 am, they were knocking at the door and asked to check out. There were no pillows in the room. We asked several times to get the pillows. However, at the checkout, there were still no pillows in the room. They apologized and gave us 24 dollar reduction.

  : The pool area and property location were good, front of house and staff were friendly. View from room was great/ocean view. Overall this property is a reasonable value.
  : Pool is on the corner of a public access to beach - if seated on this end of the pool (pool is elevated one story) you will experience some street traffic/noise/music from people heading to the beach via the street. Room was adequate. Unfortunately we experienced hours of loud noise from other guests - late night party crowd at pool/bar and into the morning hours. Only elevators to navigate property - if you want to take stairs, you must go outside at end of hall on a landing and then through another door to access a stairwell - no access to first floor via stairs - just a bit questionable for a tower property.

  : Perfect location, rooms are comfy and spacious.
  : The people in the lobby trying to sell the time shares are obnoxious. The staff from the Hotel is absolutely great!

  : You couldn’t come back from the beach from the beach side you had to go around to the front entrance to go back in.
