  : I loved that I was 30 seconds from the holkywood board walk. The responses from the owner and myself was swift. The facility was clean . Perfect for one or 2 ppl.
  : I felt almost as if my privacy was being violated. It actually has me not wanting to get another airbnb1. I understand each property has the right to have a camera. The owner messaged me numerous times ..kind of taking away from my experience. The second day he said that he would have to charge me acextra $30 because he "see on the camera" I had an extra guest. Well you guys my cousin actually stays in fort Lauderdale. I was celebrating my birthday and she got to drunk to drive home..so she spent the night...only the first night!I advised him oc this and he agreed to charge me for only that night( I was a little upset because she literally on slept there for like 4 hours) . It got me to wondering. Like geesh he's watching my every move..scary.2. This is the WORST! Its basically a big house that has been broken down into little a 1 person apartment. I had a apartment one. Now anybody in the building who had to throw away trash or wash clothes had to pass my back windows...literally my back windows face the trash and wash house. Ok so it wasnt until like my second day that I needed to throw something away. I went to the back where tbe trash was and something told me to turn around and look at my blinds. I kid you not...the way that the owner or the maid had the blinds closed...you can see straight through my room! At that point I felt so violated. I immediately went into my room and fixed the blinds and went back out to make sure it was ok. He should have curtains!!!!! 3. He reached out to me again..stating that I parked in spot when I should park in spot 1...I kindly told him that when I came..someone was in park 1. Needless to say...not the best experience.

  : Great location - just steps to the beach. The room was very clean, towels provided, there is a shower outside, washer/dryer and you can use their beach chairs and umbrellas.

  : The place is simple but has everything that's needed and very close to the beach.
  : I would give it 5 stars but we found a cockroach under the sink one day and it ruined it

  : parking spot too tight #4. Room was humid even with ac running. bed soft. too cramped.
