  : The location was great.
  : I was given the wrong code for the lockbox prior to arriving... I had to call VACASA to get the correct code... It took time, and was very frustrating !!! Then, late that night when I sat to watch TV, the back legs to the FUTON fell off and collapsed... If I were staying more than ONE night, I would NOT have been pleased.

  : The beds were comfortable. It was in walking distance of the beach and boardwalk.
  : Let us discuss the absolute worst first, I'll probably run out of room. The parking is ATROCIOUS! It is a single driveway and you are responsibe for finding and communicating with the other renters your plans to coordinate parking time and order. There are no employees on or near the property. There were no instructions as to where to put full trash bags, dirty linens, get toiletries. We bought our own toilet paper. There was one "dresser" in the apartment was the lamp stand in the living room. There was no closet space. The bedrooms are cramped, with hardly any room to move. If the drawer in the kitchen near the bathroom is open you are unable to open/close the bathroom door. There is no stove, there is a 2 burner countertop stove cooker and not enough counter to use it. The outside was awful. The picnic table was falling apart and unusable. There was a postage stamp of grass that I honestly don't know if it was with our rental or the property in front of us.

  : The location was wonderful, a stones throw to the beach!! The property itself is a dump. Between our unit having major electrical problems a small uncomfortable bed and issues getting our key due to getting sent the wrong lockbox code. Right next to us on the left they live year round there and have all their winter shovels still out and they make the small porches look like trash. Their cat is evil and growls if you walk by the window and tries to swat you. Our friends in unit 4 only had 3 legs on their couch so when they sat there went their backs guess I should not complain that our couch belonged in a doll house and we could not ever sit on it. We had to go buy an air mattress as myself and daughter could not fit in the bed together, how is this listed as a 2 person getaway??? Had to spend an additional $60 on that mattress so boy the price for the getaway went up. Could not use any of the appliances and unplugged them all to make sure we didn’t wake up to a fire with the electrical issues!! Someone should just call me because this is awful and I don’t know how you list this place on your site.
  : Everything except the location to the beach. Read my above statement and take this place off of your site and maybe call me and give me some money back
