  : It was only a five minute walk from Hampton Beach and very close to the boardwalk. Room appeared to have updated furniture and was clean.
  : Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check me in. Stood there and was reassured they were coming. Parking is a nightmare. I was worried to leave for dinner with the very real chance we'd lose on-site parking. Bathroom sink had a very slow drain, but we also didn't go to front desk for request to repair. No room cleaning during our visit. On the second day, a garbage bag with a roll of toilet paper, a wrinkled towel, and a bar of soap was left on the doorknob. While cigarette smoking is allowed on the balcony, marijuana smoking is prohibited... yet was occurring substantially where the smoke and smell was unavoidable. Bed was on the uncomfortable side.

  : Room was in poor shape. Needed to be vacuumed. Hair on floor and on towels. Gross. Tub was duct taped and bathroom was small. Commercial metal tubing running through the room on the ceiling. Blinds didn’t cover the door/window fully. Didn’t feel comfortable. Other guests were loud, threw their stuff on the ground , and chairs outside their rooms. Just horrible. Staff was pretty much non existent.

  : The broken toilet and the black gunk in the corners of the bathroom. The fact that we were refused a different room even though one king size room was available online. We had to fight to get 50% off one night. This place is a rip off at 400 for 2 nights.
