  : The photos on booking.com make the hotel look bigger and better than what it really is.. Checking in, the person didn't tell me there was a $30 hold added to my total. The hold wasn't a big deal, not being told there is a $30 hold per night was a big deal. Got up to the room, there was a spider in the bed that I had to kill. The lights in the room flicker, the toilet runs, the TV glitches... I should have booked the Hilton right down the road.

  : The room with a king-sized bed had a fridge, so I was able to store fruit I bought from a farmer's market. The room also contained outlets as well as USB chargers and wireless chargers.Behind the front desk reception, you can buy drinks like iced tea and snacks. There's also medication for sale (e.g., if you have allergies, you can buy single-tablet Claritin). The hotel serves breakfast every morning.The hotel is close to the Grapevine Mills shopping mall.
  : The hotel doesn't have a recycling bin, so I had to throw my extra plastic bags in the trash. The Claritin was extremely expensive ($4 for a single 24-hour tablet). At times I had to wait for the front desk person to come back, and it wasn't clear when they would be back.The location didn't have good public transit. I used Lyft everywhere I needed to go.
