  : Location was good. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent 2 of 3 mornings we were there.
  : The facility was old and in need of repair. The sink in our room wouldn’t drain, the tub faucet could not be turned off, the refrigerator froze our drinks, the furniture was peeling and getting on our clothes, and there was no AC in hotel except in our rooms. This was in Texas where it was 91 degrees.

  : Location was good
  : Check-in was chaotic. Rooms were not ready until the last minute.Room smelled of dampness/mildewew/mold? Water seemed to be collecting inside the bathtub wall. The shower rod was barely hanging. There were only two thin bath towels. I called the front desk, and they said they were out of towels. But some were in the dryer, and someone would be up to check the room and bring towels. It didn't happen. I caught housekeeping in the hallway and borrowed disinfectant, and got towels. Furniture was shabby. We had to have our key cards reloaded three times. Coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Food selections were limited and not appetizing. Outside trash (by front door) was full and overflowing. Gross.We used to stay at this hotel several times a year and very pleased. Mo longer. It has declined rapidly. We will not return.

  : My room was clean and in satisfactory.
  : Very poor customer service staff that worked late at night. He was very unprofessional. I checked in around 11pm and he is taking a long time to get me checked in. He said he cannot log in the computer and he said he is going to walk around and wait for 5 minutes.

  : The guy at the front desk on the morning of July 7th was rude and not helpful at all! We sat and watched people wait for 30-45 min to an hour on him to even come help them. The phone rang all thru breakfast bc he chose to not answer,

  : Adjoining rooms for the price.
  : Hot, hot, hot!! The hallways were set at 88. The rooms would not cool down. Set to 65* to cool wouldn’t moved past 76*. Disappointed there was only travel size bottles and bar soap for bathroom use. Definitely needs updated to the full size attached bottles in bathroom. Only one luggage cart and it was broken. Would not steer correctly. Would only push from one direction with a sticky wheel. The frame was unstable and moved.
