  : The dishes/coffee pot/floors were filthy dirty. Disgusting. Contacted host..but never got a response back.

  : This is in a great location but the property is quite small. It's very clean and a high spec.
  : It took a while to find the entrance around the back. The outside picture makes you think it's bigger than it is. A few items were missing from the inventory.

  : The property is steps from the beach and very quiet and cozy. The space is clean, secure, very comfortable and well equipped for a small family of three (or less). Location is convenient to Fort Bragg and Mendocino while still being remote enough for peace and quiet. Wi-fi is great. The ocean sounds / breeze are fantastic. This is a really charming place. The property is managed by Vacasa (at least it was during our stay) and their team offers great 24 hour support. They were very cooperative and quick with updates. They did a great job keeping us informed during a short power outage.
  : Basic pantry staples aren't included, so bring your own coffee, tea, sugar, etc. Check with the property manager before hand to make sure the grill is working. The property is outside incorporated Fort Bragg, so all utilities are operated by electricity; if there's a power outage, the water heater and water pump won't work. PG&E isn't super responsive in this area, so bring some backup provisions, just in case.
