  : The first night we didnt set the thermostat and ended up pretty cold. Turned it on the second night and left the doors open and it was much better.

  : Clean, good location (family in area), easy access to beach and walking paths. Well equipped for play (bikes, bats, ball, glove, lawn games, chairs, etc.). Secure, comfortable. Used previous recommendations of using fans to keep apt. cool during the day. Good sized bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom clean and well appointed.
  : Not recommended for really tall people (we are not).

  : The location was lovely. Although it was close to the highway and a school, we did not find it to be noisy. It is on a large piece of property. We could see the ocean from the picture window. We walked about 1/4 mile (easy) to get to the ocean. Along the way were wild sweet peas and blackberry brambles laden with ripe fruit; I picked some for our breakfast. We saw deer, squirrels, robins and more. There are numerous apple trees on the property. I picked up a few of the windfall apples and had them with our wine and cheese. The little home was nicely decorated without being fussy. The place was spotless. Things to note: the unit is up a flight of stairs and they are on well water. They have outdoor games like cornhole, bikes, a barbeque, beach chairs and sand toys. Although the owners weren't there for our stay, it is apparent they are proud of this little home and put a lot of effort into making it cozy and comfortable.
  : The beautiful picture window is lovely to look through but it is a portal of fire on even pleasant days. The temp did not rise above the 70s during our stay but the unit became very uncomfortable even with the shades drawn. I would go back again but I will figure something (non damaging) to block some of the strong sun. I wish the owners would consider putting up window film. There are 2 small fans but a larger oscillating fan would have been most welcome for the main room. I can't imaging what it feels like when it is hotter. I would want an air conditioner in the summer time. I did not notice a blender, hand mixer or a crock pot. Had we stayed longer I would have enjoyed the use of those. There were only 2 hangers for the whole unit. The garage smelled strongly of gasoline but it did not affect the unit-no bad smells there!
