  : They cancelled my reservation and then I was charged the one night for THEM cancelling. The stay before was ok. We found bedbugs in the room.

  : The man at front refused to let me talk to the manager. We got smoking rooms and they continue to put us in one then change us rooms and they put us in a nonsmoking room. He was yelling at me because we smoked, and he said he didn't care what had happened. Then, he transferred us again multiple times to the same room, that the heater didn't work fridge or the microwave didn't work. They are infested with roaches

  : The first 4 nights weren't the worst. I was on the "better" side of the hotel as an employee told me.
  : On the last 3 nights I was asked to move to another room. Other side of the same building, complete opposite corner. Upon entering the room I noticed a weird smell, like someone had smoked something weird in there. And within 30 mins of being in the room, started noticing cockroachs. When I complained to the front desk he had the nerve to say the whole facility was infested and he'd have my room sprayed. I told him I wanted my old room back or relocated again, and he refused. I then had to spent the next 3-4 hours killing every cockroach I seen. Over the couple days, I seen them anytime is started getting dark or cold, but nothing like the first night. Still disgusting nonetheless. I have dogs, and so I didn't even feel safe leaving their food bowls on the ground.
