  : The balcony facing Dickson was awesome! We loved the refurbished floors and the bed was extremely cozy!

  : Coffee was too strong and wasnt sure what to expect for breakfast. Was hoping for a hot breakfast, but didnt research fully before booking.

  : Location and amenities. Comfy bed, working TV with cable, and walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as the Walton Arts Center.
  : Overall great stay. If I had to give honest feedback, it got cold. Even though I set the temperature remote well into the 70s, I couldnt feel it. I could hear street noise as well - for me thats not an issue and its probably beyond your control. I would imagine that it probably wouldnt appeal to families with kids though- for me it was fine though.

  : Very clean and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Free parking in a very crowded area was a plus.
  : The coffee cups were too small and the coffee maker was dirty. I wanted to make hot water for tea but there were coffee grounds all in the thing. Also be aware that if you're on the bottom floor you might hear the people walking around upstairs.
