  : The room was below my expectations. Poor beds, loud air conditioner, worn out sofa bed, no extra sitting space except for beds.

  : Not much to like. From the moment my motorcycle group arrived we were forced to wait. I wish I could find something to like. $1100 for 6 nights. Almost $200 a night.
  : The facility was run down. Torn carpet. Breakfast was cold and terrible. Cold scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. The staff was rude. We had drinks in plastic containers and they told us no glass and no drinking even though we didn't have glass. They have smoking ash stands for cigarette ashes all over the facility but we were told not to smoke cigars near the children even though we were at a smoking section with ashtray stands. Kids ran up and down the balcony in the evening. My friends ADA shower seat broke and it took 5 days to get it replaced. One in our party was charged for an additional day after he left. Hard to believe their sign advertises a 4.5 stars. As a motorcycle group we are very tolerant on facilities not demanding much. This place was one of the worst places we've stayed in the last 15 years.
