  : Small problems due to communication between third party and modifying original plans. Stanley staff made it right. I visit this place often and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

  : Great location and great dining.
  : Pretty hot in room and didn’t cool off all night first night. No air conditioning and large stuffy room until air established. Gaps in door let tremendous light in from hall. Need more washcloths and hand towels for two night stay. Large closet, but only one suitcase stand? Room for several... had to put second suitcase on the floor.

  : We froze to death while our stay, heater in room didn’t work then brought floor heater, it did not work ,know we’re to by water or sodas in hotel had to leave to get those things, ask for towels had to ask daily to get towels and then wouldn’t deliver , telephone didn’t work so had to leave room to raven communicate with if needed anything of coarse wasn’t ever clean because of COVID it was like going to motel eight but fancy except they had coke machines . To expensive to pay for just pretty , I way to much I will write to the Stanley. I work hard for my money should not be taken advantage of. I got engaged at the Stanley kinda was disappointed. Wish had been different.

  : There was no parking when we arrived and the room was not ready. We were not welcomed and were given false information about facilities and where to park. No Problem ... we travel a lot so took a few frustrating hours to figure it out ourselves. Also must admit that the property is on the shabby side while the location is premier.

  : Had to wait long time to check inn rooms were not ready by 4 pm check in.The door did not fit tight so with the windows open the door kept rattling all night with the wind.Cause none of the rooms had ac in them
