  : The room and the corridors are quiet, elevators are available (one was broken), the housekeeping staff is great and considerate. The air conditioning system is great too. Bedding was comfortable and clean.
  : Pool is advertised as "available" but "seasonal", on Memorial Day weekend it wasn't available. I was told it would be available "mid-June", no date, however. I booked hoping for the pool, was disappointed. The room was advertised as having a fridge, there wasn't. I went to reception and the guy said he'd tell housekeeping to bring one, which they did within 10 minutes. I asked if microwave was available and I was told, there would be a $10 rent fee for it per night, however, no microwave was available. Drains were so clogged it made even washing hands impossible without the entire sink being flooded. The bathtub was clogged so bad a 10-minute shower filled the tub and made it dangerous to step out. The bedboard had a stain that looked like snot, we had to scrub it.

  : Close to airport with a shuttle service. Spacious suite.
  : The property is wrongly named on booking.com. No such hotel as “the Majestic”. The booking.com listing says breakfast is included (although careful reading of the terms says that it is not). There is no breakfast. The shuttle pickup took a long time and several phone calls.

  : No nice view, few facilities in the gym was open but the pool was closed, no call to your room if food is dropped off and unable to go to the front desk at the time.

  : We were traveling for a medical appointment, we were in the car too long and were hot and tired and looked for a hotel specifically with food and a poll. This hotel has recently changed names and that was also a whole nightmare just to figure out who we actually paid and we called ahead to make sure that the outdoor pool would be opened as it was listed as seasonal. It was 90 and July so pools were probably in season but we didn’t leave it to chance. We booked and arrived 10 mins later and were told, y’all asked if we had a pool, we do, but it is not opened…… coooooool. We went to the room just to freshen up and then we planned to leave, which was a good idea because there were about 4 channels, the Wi-Fi wasn’t enough to even allow the kids to play on tablets so we couldShower, the site said laundry-no, breakfast-no, cable- that’s laughable and also no, Wi-Fi- barely, and the “restaurant or bar” had chairs up on the tables and junk everywhere and looked like they were in the middle of a renovation except when asked, they said no.$176 and a $100 security deposit that took 3 weeks to get back for a 15 min shower with kids harassing me. Give this hotel a year to figure out who owns them and what they are called and maybe you will have a better experience, but we would’ve been better off at any of the little motels surrounding us for cable or Wi-Fi and if you want the pool, if it’s not open in Philly in July, I don’t know what the word seasonal means to them?!

  : Nothing. The parking was ok lol.
  : Was met with nothing but attitude. There was a bug infestation in our room, we received a 27$ compensation for a 600$ booking… the motel next door had better service and the rooms were just as nice and without any bugs for 1/4 of the price!
