  : The location of the property was excellent. Very clean room.
  : When I called the property to confirm my booking I was informed that my reservation was canceled ( not per my request) after making a prepayment through booking. I explained to the front desk associate that I was just charged for the room so that was impossible, he assured me that it was canceled and I need to contact booking or make another reservation (absolutely not after I just paid for a room). I proceeded to contact booking after waiting about 30 mins I finally was able to speak to someone, told them my issue and was told that my reservation was very much still good on there end. The rep then put me on a brief hold to contact the property him self but was unsuccessful. After speaking with booking confirming that my reservation was active I once again called the property spoke with someone different and she too said according to their computer my reservation is showing canceled but she’s gladly made the correction. Elevator was out of order but by the next morning it was back operating

  : There was a dog on the same floor who barked and I couldn’t sleep put me on a floor without that or let me know

Disappointing

  : The 24/7 Coffee and water, good pressure of the shower. Breakfast was okay!
  : How thee room smelled like Mold, Phone didn't work, on arrival the towels in bathroom were WET as tho was used but wrapped up like they were clean and unused... Everything need to be Updated especially when people are paying their money.
