  : Druggies roaming the halls, room smelled like someone went on a bender and poured alcohol all over the room. Returned my key immediately after entering the room and asked for a refund.

  : Outside entry door to building had NO lock on it. Anyone could come in the building at anytime. Unattended person/Small child could get out the building easily due to it being a push open door. Room flooded completely covered in water at 3am.Hotel was dirty/unclean & moldy. Not sure why violations aren't in place.

  : Our room was filthy, carpets not vacuumed there was not one person working we had to check in through a different atttached hotel. And the pool was foul and not working

  : I booked a year ahead and asked for a room facing the parking lot at that time. It was noted on my request. When I arrived,I was sent to motel 8 desk by the baymont desk. There is NO motel 8 desk, and they know it! Baymont desk said motel 8 had no rooms facing the parking lot as they take care of both motels...

  : The pool online is not the one u actually have access to, it's the inside pool is in the other hotel, and we were in there about 10 minutes before realizing the pool was dirty af! There was debris on the bottom of the pool, the lights never came on, and the amount of foam..... it had me googling what it was. Not ro mention no towel available where the towel rack was. We moved 2 chairs and thought we broke them but they were already broke. The breakfast was the best about my stay there. Even though it was very basic. I gave the maid towels to replace and never got them. We were sharing one towel the whole time I was there. I even went to the desk twice to ask for them and each time, they told me they would bring them to me... never got them. There was a no smoking sign everywhere next to cigarette butts. And the Crack head were up all night as usual so we kept looking out the window to make sure our car was ok.

  : The window was covered in plywood, odd colored stains around the room, no remote for the tv, no bathroom door, not enough towels to accommodate the three of us in our room. Many of the rooms did not have anything in the peephole and you could look right in the room.

  : room smelled terrible, the pool is not open as advertised, and the ac didn't work that well for a 97 degree day! The ice machine didn't even work! There was no front desk staff, had to go to the other hotel to even check in!
