  : Great location- convenient to downtown restaurants, bars, farmer's market, grocery store, etc. The condo was clean and provided kitchen necessities (less a pizza pan), laundry detergent, dishwashing tabs, etc. Perfect for our girls' trip to the Iowa State Fair. Easy code access to the secure building and code access to the condo. Also located in a safe area of downtown Des Moines where we felt comfortable walking everywhere.
  : The pull-out sofa was very uncomfortable. Thankful that only one person had to sleep on it for two nights. This is the only reason we wouldn't book this condo again. Would've been nice to have extra towels instead of being limited to one/person.

  : The location was great, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and kitchen had sufficient utensils. Check in and out instructions were very clear and went smoothly.
  : The directions to the trash were not clear so it was frustrating walking around with a trash bag looking for some door on the building next door which was hard to lacate. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

  : Very clean and quiet, however there were not many people during our stay; our room was on the first floor so I would expect more noise when there are more occupants upstairs as all the floors are hard; we had one upstairs neighbor and we could hear the walking very well... The appliances were excellent and everything worked fine. We had separate bathrooms and bedrooms, and everything was comfortable. The apartment is very spacious overall. The location is OK and well within walking distance to many restaurants (about 10'). Parking is available on the next block for $10/day. The virtual desk option worked extremely well when it comes to information and preparing for the stay,
