  : I think there has to be an easier key holder to work with. Fought it a bit because of location, cold weather and it's mechanics. Find one that snaps shut rather than having to push the latch and hit keys to close properly.

  : Apartment was great, clean, private and had high ceilings with great big windows. Decent location.
  : Assistant Manager Sarah. I could not get into lockbox at 3p which was the time of check in. The apartment was still being cleaned and we were told the lockbox wouldn’t open until they were done cleaning at 3:30. Went back, could not get in lockbox. Housekeeper helped us, gave us a key from a lockbox not even with the same company I booked. Did not figure this out until being in the room and things not seeming right. Called again and explained to Sarah about the lockbox, she said it wasn’t her fault and make sure we are trying to open the big one, not the little one. Did not work, it’s now almost 4:30. I call back, she offers another code that doesn’t work, her kid is yelling in the background and I ask for her boss to call me because she obviously doesn’t care. She showed up and gave master key since lockbox defective and she couldn’t open it either. Payed $270 to get checked in two hours late due to cleaning, lockbox, and assistant manager who didn’t care. No offer to check out a couple hours late or anything, just a loud kid in the background and manager saying it wasn’t her fault. Unprofessional. I asked to speak to her manager, she said the manager would call me and never did. Wouldn’t surprise me if she didn’t even tell them since she was so distracted by her kid and the situation not being her fault. Be ready for no onsite help, if things go wrong like they did for me.

  : I liked the great location.
  : No cable so I could watch local news, couch wasn’t very comfortable, the furniture was kind of cheap, I tried contacting the management company by email and didn’t receive a response.
