  : Dirty room, stained bed skit, bathroom faucets really gross. Needs professionally cleaned

Disappointing

  : Location was great. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Beds comfortable enough and had a refrigerator and microwave in room. Staff was friendly.
  : The room didn’t feel clean. There was what looked like dog hair and stuff on the hardwood floors. We asked for a sweeping which they did, but didn’t use something that would pick up hair or dust so floors were still kind of gross feeling after. The bathroom also had hair on the floor and what looked like facial hair shavings on the wall by the sink. There was toothpaste smudged on the counter and we didn’t use some of the towels since they didn’t look the cleanest. Also there wasn’t a back up toilet paper in the room and found out the hard way- good thing I had packed wipes. Also I wish the in room fridge had a freezer compartment- it was the only place on our road trip where we couldn’t refreeze our little cooler packs.
