  : The view/deck was amazing, and the best part of the property. I would come again just for that, and have told others how amazing it was. It was great to be able to walk to restaurants, etc...
  : The room itself was a little dark and dank with a musty smell. Also, the price ended up being about $100 more a nite in service fees and taxes, which was surprising.

  : The location's view was simply stunning looking out onto the bay from above and the bay could be even seen from the bed. The downtown location was very convenient to walk to eating establishments and stores.
  : No indication of which unit we had. There was an A and B unit. No mention of 14 stairs down from entrance door. No marked and reserved parking spot. A dirty cleaning rag was left on the floor by the dining table and previous renters computer print out info at the top of the stairs placed under the fire extinguisher. Breach of privacy. Not very sturdy dining room chairs. The bath sink seemed to have a clog. No hot tub on the deck as seen in the picture. Lovely tub but difficult to enter for a short person. Only one complete set of towels for each person for 3 nights? Overpriced unless that is the going rate for being on the water. We were expecting plush.
