: The location of the room and property itself was convenient.
: It took me 2 and 1/2 hours to get the keys and check in to my condo. The process of collecting the keys and getting into my room seemed like it would be an easy process based off my email. However, that was not the case upon my arrival. While vacationing no one should have to go through such a stressful tedious process just to get a garage key opener so one could get into their room. Personally I would not stay there again.

: The location was fantastic. Right on the beach and balcony overlooks the pool and beach. Great view of the beach and easy beach access. Although the room felt rundown, it was bug free and it accommodated us for the long weekend.
: The rental could use some updating. The beds seemed smaller than a queen, were uncomfortable and the wooden frame is broken at the bottom of the bed closest to the window/balcony. The shower curtain has mold on the bottom and there was stuff on the bathroom floor that was not cleaned from the last people who stayed.

: Make sure there is access to the room other than the automatic lock. We were locked out of our room for 4 hours. Joseph was nice but we waited 4 hours for him to get there. Nobody had the code to get into the key lockbox fir the key.
