  : I wasn’t told I could only have one parking pass so had to pay an extra $120 for parking across the street. They tried to put me in a smaller room. The waterslide didn’t work the whole time we was there. There was never any floats in the lazy river. The beds were super hard.

  : The location was amazing, the facility amenities were well kept and managed. Multiple pools and easy beach access was great. Free garage parking included with my stay was extremely convenient. View from the balcony looking directly onto the beach and ocean was top notch. Staff and security were very friendly and accommodating.
  : Rooms were outdated and weathered, missing a few basic essentials such as extra rolls of toilet paper.

  : It was a nice set up. But not clean.
  : The beds were a brick I had to bring in the mattress top from my van that I used driving down for the kids. I put it on the bed at the resort. It was dirty behind the dresser. Went 2 nights without water from 7pm till the next morning at 8 a.m. Night before woke up in the middle of the night to no water. With no warning from the resort we came home from universal 7 p.m. and there was no water to take a showers or to even flush the toilet through out the night that was the south side. The Northside had water and no problems from what they said. Next time I will go to the north side hopefully they're beds are more comfortable and have running water. And the topper is they didn't even compensate me for the inconvenience of no running water for two nights. I give 0 Stars this is private owned resort by Bob and Vicki I'm coming back for bike week I will be looking into the north side of this resort will not do business with the Southside again. Bob, and Vicki

  : The view was beautiful. Loved the beach theme! Spent time with my family, that's what I loved the best.
  : When we checked, Security was very rude. Did not want to assist with anything. We seemed as we were a bother. I had to ask the North Tower desk for assistance. As soon as we walked into the room. We killed a roach. The next day, not sure how we didn't find it on the first night. I was making my bed, and in my sheets was a top of a shaving razor. Thank goodness didn't cut myself on it. Not sure where and what that came from. Don't really want to know. It say to text the housekeeping, so I did, just to notify them and sent a pix to watch for this. Heard nothing. We had only a half of toilet roll of toilet paper, i once again asked for called for housekeeping, nothing. So bought our own toilet paper. I have had a respiratory issue for the past few months, not Covid. So thankful the condo was smoke free, well not to the others, our neighbors on one side were smoking marijuana until my husband said something to them about it. And the other condo on the other side. The gentleman that was working on it and painting it was smoking marijuana as well. This is not the condo owners fault but the pools close too early at 6 and the other pool closed because someone has a Bowell movement in the pool. The condo was nice, view was beautiful. We paid alot, wish service was better. We still had a good time, we are making the mishaps a joke. Not sure if we will stay again, if we do it will not be from the private owners. We will stay on the North Tower Side. Thanks
