  : Located just outskirts of Colorado Springs. Walmart and other stores are near by.
  : The property seemed very old. The room carpets, bathroom fixtures, doors, blankets etc. seemed exhaustively used. They could do better with the room given the price people pay to stay. On the other hand, other Super 8 properties near by are more bad than this one so overall decent stay.

  : The location is great. Staff members are very nice. The breakfast was good. Whatever TV service they use is great. Very much appreciated the mini fridge and microwave in my room. The bed was pretty comfortable. If I don't let the shortage of hot water at the end of my stay scare me, I might be happy to stay again.
  : There was a dirty smell in the room at times. Not sure if it was the carpet or something else. The cost was a bit much but then again, everything these days costs too much. Worst issue was NO hot water for my shower before checkout. That might keep me from staying again. I hate cold showers!

  : Limited parking, breakfast all carbs, no fruit,eggs or bacon/sausage. Everything worn and air conditioning noisy.

  : Did not have the breakfast. Location was good, but parking is limited and non-existent for larger vehicles or vehicles pulling a trailer of any kind.
  : Parking could have been better and the pet policy could have been more up-front (they will charge an extra $15 for each pet, per night). Nowhere was this extra charge mentioned and the charge for the room was already a little over-prices for the accommodations.
