  : The staff from the front desk to the house keeper were very friendly always had a smile never rude. Also the cleanliness of the whole hotel even the mattress were very clean and how often do u see that at a hotel

  : If you dont care about cleanliness and if the pictures they post being lies, doesnt matter to you, book here! No pool, no breakfast, no clean towels... no big deal? This is the hellhole for you.
  : I wish I had read the reviews.... I guarantee the ONLY positive reviews are fake. They offer pet- friendly rooms, but so do lots of other places that probably arent awful.

  : If you are looking for rude front desk help, terrible "free" breakfasts, sticky floors, leaky ceilings and uncomfortable beds... this is the place for you.We are from Denver and wanted to do a quick family get away, but we needed a pet friendly place as we wanted to bring our 2 small dogs. Sadly, I failed to read prior reviews and selected this place. The ONLY perk was being able to check in early. But this place is skuzzy...and I would NEVER stay here again.In addition to wanting a pet-friendly place we OBVIOUSLY wanted a place with a pool... well this one has a 3 foot deep one, "closed for repairs" (yeah right! let me know if it EVER opens)... right then, we should have left... sadly, we stuck it out...The first night, using the elevator, we noticed how sticky the floor was...not to mention the funky smell inside the elevator.From then on, we tried to use the stairs, but the fire hydrant thingy in the ceiling starting dripping water.... when we notified the jerk at the front, he said "ok"... like its normal to have that thing leak...Once we checked in, we immediately noticed the gross stain on the blanket on the first bed, as well as the claw marks on the bathroom door...which had a weird, timer light that NEVER turned off...so we had to shut the door when we were sleeping.Another weird thing is that breakfast is from 6:30-9:30 but they run out before 8 and dont restock. But I guess youre not missing out because all they had was fake frosted flake cereal, and runny, gross batter for waffles and that was it. When we went to eat at 7:30, there were no spoons for cereal and the man glaring at the front barked that he would get some "in a minute" which was no help, as the soggy cereal was now inedible.When we went for juice and noticed it was empty, we asked if we could get some, and the same rude attendant said "there wouldnt be any more"...

  : The pool was closed for renovations and we didnt know that prior to booking and we only wanted toBook at a hotel with a pool and I felt immediately uncomfortable when I entered the hotel.

  : Had to cancel and change to another hotel because the pool was out of order due to construction. Had kiddos looking forward to the pool. It was very inconvenient.

  : I liked the air conditioning provided in the room. I liked the safe in the room.
  : I did not like that the pool was closed. I really did not like that nobody informed me that the pool would be closed prior to booking and travel, since our entire booking was based on there being a pool to swim in. I did not like the "breakfast", if you can even call it that. I did not like the parking lot and adjacent roads that were littered with garbage and had potholes everywhere. There were many very sketchy individuals inside and out of the building that made me and my family uncomfortable.

  : the staff were decent, almost human, its just that the homeless who are free to breeze through the place gave me a bad feeling. That and the fact that the breakfast was bogus. There was the same horrid biscuits and gravy that nobody ate, coffee with no sugar, no muffins only stale bread. It was kinda like being in jail.

  : The room was clean and we were able to have our dogs.
  : There are a lot of unsavory people just doing odd jobs around the hotel, homeless people sleeping all over outside, no pool facilities, and the breakfast was a bare minimum. This hotel was so nice when we stayed 6 years ago, but it has not been kept up. It was awkward to have what appeared to be with the meth community just right there possibly living in hotel.

  : Literally nothing about the experience was enjoyable.
  : I am very disappointed in the hotel, as well as booking.com. I never stayed at this hotel. Upon check in we were informed that the pool was not operational (looks like it was being used for storage with mattress etc.) The receptionist agreed they would refund my money and we went else were. I received an email saying the hotel agreed to cancel our reservation but I still have not received my refund. I have sent 3 emails to booking.com and have not heard anything back. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had I will never book through booking.com again.
