  : Only thing we loved about the place was the pool and bar. The bartender had a great personality and made our drinks perfect!
  : When we first checked into our room the tv didn’t work so we asked to switch to a different room being we have kids and they switched the room. However, that tv didn’t work either so we didn’t bother after that. The cleanliness of the facility in general could be better.

  : This is the worst hotel ever. My trip was ugly due to the services the hotel provides. The hotel should be shut down. I checked in on 07/03/24, and there was no break fast on 07/04/24. I requested at the front desk to assign someone to clean my room, and when I returned, my room was not clean. I went to the front desk to complain, but they didn't do anything to rectify my issue. I have lived in the hotel for 4 days and my room never got clean. The hotel WiFi is not available. Trash was never taken out since my room was never clean. I have to go and request towels throughout my stay. This is the worst hotel in the whole world, and no one should ever book this hotel.

I will never ever stay in this hotel again. If u want your trip to get ugly throughout your trip, choose this hotel.

  : Front desk staff was very nice and apologetic for the dirty rooms
  : The first room we checked into was totally unacceptable. There were still-wet stains on the comforters of both beds, plus brown spots all over one of the pillows. The toilet seat was filthy and stained a dirty yellow. And there was an actual mound of boogers smeared onto the wall next to a bed. Disgusting! We asked to be moved to another room, and the front desk attendant was really wonderful and understanding...had us moved within a couple of minutes. But problems reconvened in room #2 which clearly hadn't even been cleaned since the previous guest. Both beds had visibly been laid in, pillows had hair on them, there were food wrappers and crumbs under both beds, and used wet towels still in the bathroom. The toilet wouldn't flush (used tossue was in the bowl when we walked in) & the nightstand outlets also would not even charge a phone or tablet and instantly made our chargers overheat to the point I thought they might catch fire! We will never book this hotel again. Please, please up your cleaning standards.

  : We have really enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past it is reasonable But has some things that need fixed
  : In our room, the coffee maker didn’t work and the toilet ran most of the night. The hot tub in the pool did not work in the pool. Temperature was very cold. We mentioned this to the front desk and they said we could have breakfast on them and the breakfast Was still being served, we came right down and were told that breakfast was no longer being served after given a ticket to get a free breakfast. Very disappointed.

  : At one time this was a very nice hotel but it looks like it's fallen on hard times. Our room was clean and the staff was nice, but it's pretty beat up hotel. There was some new carpet laid but windows were dirty, pool area was not cleaned, hard looking hotel.

  : The room was adequate. Leftover opened vanity kit in bathroom. Door to bathroom difficult to close and open - should be regular door.
  : Front desk personnel need to be taught how to treat customer appropriately-no greeting, thank you. No "hospitality" in their attitudes. Piles of sheets and garbage bags in hallway.Broken valet cart.
