  : Location was perfect for our needs
  : Extremely disappointed upon check-in. The room was pre-paid and the clerk asked for a card to pay for “incidentals.” I provided the same card I used to pre-pay for the room from Huntington Bank. The clerk told me that their system was having difficulties with Huntington cards. I carry, and have not carried any other credit/debit card for nearly 30 years. The clerk told me she could not check me in without another card. She further told me that I should call a friend or a family member to use their card!!I told her I was not going to call someone to “borrow” their credit card. I had planned this “staycation,” for quite some time. I don’t understand how a major brand hotel could not accept a major credit/debit card!We have numerous options when it comes to places to stay in downtown Cleveland. The one option we will not exercise in Cleveland, or another city, will be the Westin brand.
