  : This place was so bad I left within 15 minutes of my arrival. I notified the manager and they told me they could not refund my stay. There were no pictures showing there was only three tiny windows with a view of a concrete wall. It was suffocating and small, with extremely cheap furnishing. Very disappointed, and I feel a refund is in order

  : The location was great, a walkable city with friendly neighbours. The apartment was a good size, clean and adequate facilities to cook, do laundry etc. It was quiet too.
  : one thing only. It wasn’t straight forward to enter using the contactless key process. The instructions were nearly clear but maybe we mis read them? We got help from someone who eventually worked it out.

  : The property was located close to the center of downtown and several points of interest within walking distance to the apartment.
  : Finding out after booking, that they wanted more personal information and pictures of self-required before sending out instructions for getting code and keys. Also found out after arriving that there was no onsite / no free parking included. Needed to find offsite parking at a cost of an additional $24 per day and that did not include leaving and returning trips. I got many text messages of information overload.IE I'm booked, my booking is not complete, I have to provide security information, my stay is confirmed, here is my confirmation, here are your instructions, here is your lock box code, this is what you need to do when arriving, so on and so forth. It was a hassle to drop off your disabled wife and luggage at arrival then finding out where to park. The instructions for getting into the building to get a key from the lock box did not work at the secure pair of front entrance doors. Could be the directory box did not function as required! Had to follow someone in so that I could find the lock box with the key. Did not realize that I had yet another text with the actual code required to open the lockbox. I'm 69 years old and not tech stupid, but I'm also not a person who does everything by text or smart phone. Us boomers still rely on person-to-person interactions. The lock box pictured was also now different than the one described so the functions were totally different for retrieving the key and coded fob. Once we finally made it to the apartment (It was cozy) and clean. However, there were ear plugs on the kitchen counter! Why? maybe because the in-apartment air handling unit was very noisy when cooling the place. The furnishings were minimal and small and not comfortable for full sized people. The bed was good and comfortable. There were windows in the apartment that let in very little light, because they were in the middle of the building that faced other windows and apartments plus some lower roof areas.

  : Location was good. The apartment was nice and clean. The fob system was efficient. Very quiet with a market a few doors down also a nice little diner style restaurant. Would definitely recommend. Frontdesk was very quick to respond when I sent a text about the missing remote.
  : The carpet in the bedroom had several bad stains and the area rug in living area could use a cleaning. There was no remote to the TV. (Perhaps a guest borrowed it)

  : it was tough to find out where to find the key box and that you need to pop off the cover it was confusing.
