  : It was a very nice motel very boutique. The room was very small though very tight. I kept hanging into the bed maybe not have such a big bed frame so its more room to walk or smaller desk, but overall was clean. Just very small.

  : Location and beach access was good. Hotel room was clean.
  : No coffee machine in room, very small bathroom and shower, nowhere to sit in room other than on the bed, other room next to us remote control turned our light and fan on and off, parking was hard to get. Chase loungers by pool were old and dilapidated.

  : The pool area is lovely there are nice places to sit and relax during the day and in the evening there are fairy lights and its a very nice area. And its great to be able to check in advance of arrival
  : I had booked a room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I didnt realise when I booked them that was literally all we had. If you were in the second bedroom you had to come out through the other bedroom to get out and that was horrible. I knew they had small rooms but I didnt think it would be quite so bad and some of that is probably my fault for not realising but what has made me give such a low score was the staffs unwillingness to assist us with changing room or booking an additional room. We had paid in advance through booking and it wasnt cheap but when we went to see if we could change room or add another one on they said we would need to cancel with Booking.com and rebook separately. And they said if we booked with them there and then it would be even more expensive and they was nothing they could do. I wouldnt mind but the place certainly was NOT full the nights we were there. So eventually we just went next door and booked The Royal North beach 1 bed apartment and split our party over the 2 locations. Royal North Beach looked after us very well and gave us an excellent rate. It was a mistake really to book the Hotel Cabana.
