  : Location was great. It is very close to the beach and far enough out from the busy part of town
  : Facilities are old and was not real clean. The towels smelled very musty. We checked into our room and were leaving to go get something to eat. My brother went back to the room to get something and staff came right in the room without knocking or anything carrying towels.

  : Fantastic location away from the main bustle of Clearwater Beach but easy enough to get to shops and restaurants. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk away. The property is small and comfortable with a reasonable pool (great for children) and there are beach towels available to use. The aircon units are on the noisy side and looking their age but the units are reasonably well equipped and easy to get to (only two floors here).
  : Parking. We arrived late only to find our permit was missing so we had to pay for metered parking which I had to get up early to top up. Clearwater Beach police are well known for ticketing every and any offence! Once we did get a permit it was much easier then. Hotel parking is very limited though. Because these are managed units there didn’t appear to be a common standard of decor, so some units look very used and need minor updating.

  : Excellent location as we took our ebikes and road on North Beach where is is like a private island.
  : Shower was a bit small but it did the job :)
