  : Everything looked old and dirty in the lobby and dinning room. The carpets in the hallway and room were gross. This Hyatt needs a remodel. The area is extremely limited in terms of places to eat and felt unsafe to be walking to the restaurants that were near by.

  : Location was good. Free shuttle to the airport just a few minutes drive. Staff were very friendly and breakfast options were good.
  : Room felt a little humid and thr carpet felt a little sticky. Ice machines are only on the even floors. Shower head spritzed water onto the ceiling of the shower

  : A NIGHTMARE, NOT ABLE TO REST AT ALL. We had the worst experience. It was a couple next to our room arguing the whole night, even in the hallway.The security didn't do that much. We were not able to sleep. My daughter is pregnant, the following day she had a lot of discomfort due to the lack of resting. I asked for late check out to let my daughter to rest a little more before leaving. I explained that it was because of what happened the night before. They charged me extra for the late check out. I called asking for refund for the late check out since I think that it was unfair. Jose, the manager it was very rude, he doesn't even apologized for our terrible experience even knowing that my daughter is pregnant and was not able to sleep. He told me that because we never asked to be change to another room, the refund was not approved.I asked to for the general manager, they told me that her name is Mrs. Barreto, I called several times and she was never available to have a dialogue with me. In addition, I wanted to go downstairs but because this couple were arguing in the hallway I was afraid to go outside. I mentioned this to José and asked him why they allowed this to escalate like that since they were able to see them arguing in the security camera. He replied that they don’t have security cameras in the hallways. Really? How this hotel can offer security to the guests? NEVER STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. EXCELLENT LOCATION BUT TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.
