  : Worst experience ever in Hilton. The room smelled so bad. Our floor hall was a mess.. it had garbage everywhere even I front of the elevator. I called 4 times for my room to be cleaned and no one came except in our last day. Plus that I found someone working in the house keeping and I asked for my room to be cleaned and she replied I am not cleaning your room! I was shocked literally with the whole terrible experience.

  : The location is excellent, especially for someone attending conferences at the McCormick Place so it's a walking distance either internally from within the hotel with the bridge connecting to the convention halls or outside just a few blocks of walking distance.
  : This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in where water was not complementary and charged. The staff did not make this clear and I was charged for water. Additionally, the bedsheets and the towels were stained and not clean, even when they were replaced! This is disgusting and the hotel management really need to pay attention to this. Also, there's no room service which again is a very un-hotel like feature and such items should be made very clear across all platforms where bookings are made. With multiple basic hotel features missing and services in dire need of improvement, the cost per room should be reconsidered.

  : There was no indication that parking had extra cost and there was a weird smell in the hallway to the rooms.

  : The room next to me had extremely loud music all night. I called down to the front desk 2 times at 10pm and 1am. It stopped but would start back up and went on until 4:30am. I didn’t call the front desk a 3rd time. My room had to be changed due to overbooking. Maybe if I would have gotten my original room I could have avoided not getting any sleep

  : not clean at all has all types of weird smells, changed my room without informing me until i got to the room and had to call the front desk.
