  : The building had a nice gym and pool, was well located to visit museums, but groceries, and walk along Michigan Ave. Super clean and straight-forward. It was remarkably quiet.
  : The pull-out bed was not comfortable (sagged in the middle) and the master bedroom (the unit on the 10th floor) had a set of windows next to lights that were on all night. It was hard to block out the light for sleeping.

  : We extended our stay and had to move into another room. First I was told that we can't extend by sonder agent, then on booking.com it was possible. The sonder agent said that booking.com was incorrect with the information. Anyway we booked another room. The room was not cleaned properly, found dirt paper in the cupboard from previous occupants , it stated tilt for Ukraine, the floor gas bread crumbs and food which we had to clean up. Clearly they are not cleaning rooms properly given the pandemic. Took pic of this. Our toilet was not flushing and water was building up. Informed sonder and they wanted me to send picture of this. Like really. The cupboard doors were broken, damaged our bags when opening the cupboard, requested for extra towels before and it when came even after they confirmed on e-mail. They also said that a cleaning staff would come before 10 to clean, this never happened, we waited in the room until 11:30 Worst stay ever. Will not recommended to anyone.

  : It was close to the shedd aquarium and museums only
  : When we arrived at the room, it was not cleaned properly, the dishes in the cupboard had pink stains on them. On.day of check out, we were charged additional for deep clean which I fail to understand. Sonder sent me email and said decision is final, I informed them I will report this as fraudulent transaction with my bank as it was not authorized by myself. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable to sleep on, the extra bedding sheets has stains on them.

  : located downtown close to the loop, spacious rooms, sparkling clean.
  : pictures don’t quiet match with the apartment. there were no floor to ceiling windows and no corner room as booked and shown in pictures. it wasn’t worth the money. you can get better views and cheaper accommodations more north in the city.

  : very close to everything i need, wifi is great, kitchen is well equipped, and the view isn't bad either... Overall not a place and worth the money
  : Check out is at 11am, had to pay $29 extra if you are planning to extend check out. The couple opposite my room were having a loud fight in the hallway, it took reaching out to support team on the app before they finally responded, even with that, they were asking a bunch of meaningless question and was almost forced to call the police as it was getting out of hand. (I didn't pay that amount of money for my peace to be disturbed)The bathroom doesn't have a soap holder, you will have to think creatively on managing your soap in the bathroom. I have to go to the front desk before i was redirected to where to get the key to access the pool.

  : Room was very spacious and clean. I loved the kitchen. The location was perfect for us. We walked to Trader Joe’s to buy groceries and made most of our meals in the room. I would absolutely stay there again.
  : The mattress on the pull out sofa bed was a joke. The worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. It was only a couple inches thick, so you felt all of the springs. It really was bad.

  : Location was great. Room was spacious. Everything seemed nice. Entrance was clean. It felt safe. Great view. Water wasn't completely gross and was drinkable. Bathroom amenities were decent. Plenty of toilet paper. Bed was comfortable.
  : The dishes weren't clean - there was dried food on them. The floor was "swept" and by that I mean hardly swept. The floor wasn't the cleanest and could use a definite mopping each time there is a guest or something so it's not so sticky and maybe get rid of other peoples' hair. The pots and pans that are there for guests are not great. It did not inspire me to cook a meal at all. The pans were cheap POS and I'm glad I didn't try to figure out how to make a meal. We just ate out more than expected. There was no baking sheet or any sort of oven-safe dish I could warm up food in the oven, so I had to microwave my leftover pizza. A travesty, I know.I was charged a $95 cleaning fee in addition to the normal room fee. For this extra fee I expect better cleaning. I've had AirBnBs better cleaned. Most hotels I've been at were better cleaned. Apartments I've rented in Ukraine were better. Disappointing mainly due to the fact they charged me extra for a cleaning fee.
