  : If I could give zero stars, I would.I began my stay here on June 9th. By June 11th, my legs were covered with BED BUG bites. I searched the mattress and found bed bug excrements (poop) ALL OVER the mattress. I am now seeing reviews with actual pictures of the bugs as well.I told one of the managers I’d like to check out and I’d like a refund for my stay because I now have to find another place to stay and pay for that, buy myself medicine or seek medical attention, and wear pants my entire vacation to cover the bites. The stress of this situation ruined my vacation. I was promised a refund by Kay Hendricks. She looked shocked when she saw pictures of my legs. She told me to send her the pictures of my legs and the excrements so I did. After opening a customer care concern with Wyndham, I was emailed by another manager that they would test the room for bed bugs and follow up, which they never did.I emailed Kay on 6/17 asking for an update on my refund. She emailed back that I had to go through booking.com since that is where I booked the hotel, and La Quinta will verify the refund for them.I’ve since called booking.com on 6/17, 6/20, 6/28, and 6/30. Almost every time I’ve called booking.com customer service, they assure me that they’ve tried to call this property but they won’t pick up, so they’re sending an email. If the hotel has picked up, the booking.com worker is told that the written verification will be sent in a matter of no time for my refund. This never happens. In fact, every time I call booking.com they assume it’s the first time I’m calling because they have received nothing from the hotel.After going through this so many times, I called Wyndham Customer Care yesterday, the hotel’s customer service system. They told me that they see I opened a concern a month ago and that they’re sorry but they can’t do anything because La Quinta is a private franchise with different owners.DO NOT STAY HERE!

  : The couch bed was awful the springs stuck up to far so we couldn't even use the couch bed the eggs and coffee were good at breakfast one of the reasons we stayed there was for the breakfast

  : Only one pillow for a king bed. Trash not taken out after cleaning. Lights not turned back on by the maids. No television remote. Could not use the television. New and used condoms left on the dresser in the room by the cleaning staff Hole in the bathroom sink. Food left in the refrigerator
