Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Units had damp places on the floor and a musty/pet smell. We believe our daughter left her purse and texted to have it located and the reps seem more concerned with us paying $25 than actually getting someone to look for the purse. Purse contains ID, debit and credit cards and its a stressful loss but reps dont seem to care.

: The rooms were quite nice especially the Spa unit. Quiet, comfortable and clean.
: The management company response to issues involving unlocking the doors and returning keys to the lock box were unacceptable. We will never , never stay in a place managed by Vacasa!

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Great location and facilities!
: The keys were very hard to use. They didnt want to go in all the way and because of the code doors would just spin endlessly. They were also very hard to get out unless the spiny center piece was at just the right angle.
