  : The heater could have worked better. Insulation in the ceiling and wall would have been helpful for sound proofing with the clients above us in our bedroom.

  : The location is great, just a short walk into town and the beach. As for the unit, the kitchen was nicely stocked, although I would add a large pot to boil pasta.
  : The portable heater has some balance issues which make it erratic. We had to prop a table knife beneath it to enable use.

  : It was close to town and the beach. We have stay here before and have always been happy here.
  : Itd be nice to have a lamp in living room. Also you do need to tighten some of the cabinets doors and hooks. The couch could be more comfortable.

  : The extra blanket in the drawer smelled like wet dog. Someone must have used it for their dog then put it back. The table chairs are very uncomfortable Not sure what the $150 resort fee was for

  : I liked the location. I liked the smart TV. I liked the fireplace.
  : The whole place was a bit run down. Not Cannon Beach quality nor should I have paid as much for a place that is basicially 2 stars. The carpet was dirty. Dog food on the floor. My brother stayed down the road at an Inn for was less money and his room was a thousand times nicer than this place. I'll not stay here again.

  : Location, location, location. Two rooms, functional, clean, quiet, great bed. Kitchen. Quiet - no road noise, no sounds from neighbors.
  : Very (very) poor WiFi; couldn't Zoom. I had two meetings and I couldn't participate with either. Construction is cheap but everything worked. Tiny shower. No tsunami warning or direction signs. Parking slot #7 was hard to get into, and might have been impossible had the space next to it been occupied. Price on Booking said $230 but charged $421 and got no response to explain the extra $180 charge. I hate surprises. Seemed like false advertising.

  : not sure if the people who were on the top level were aware but the running of the kid(s) after hours was insane. There is barely any sound proofing so we could hear all the stomping, running going on making it really difficult to sleep.

The bedding smell like mold and human feces and we had to put it outside we called right away to get sheets and pillowcases and blankets and no one ever returned our calls so we had to book into another location screen so long windows were hanging off some windows and no screens it was not a safe place to stay because we couldnt even go open the windows on a warm summer night. We called and no one ever got back to us with any help or information this was an awful experience Ill never use a casa rentals again!
