  : It is very modern, with bright colors. It feels comfortable and cozy. There is an inspirational quote in every corner and the rooms have workout equipment. Also the gym is amazing
  : The bed was too small length wide, and the shower in the room was the type that you need to grab to shower. Hand held type. Also there was no early check in. Everyone was waiting at the reception for 3 o’clock

  : I was very disappointed in the parking arrangements as being disabled that plays a big part in deciding where to stay. Obviously staying in new york i knew it was highly unlikely we could park outside but the info indicated that it was not too far away and had disabled bays. It turned out that the parking was a fair amount away and when we arrived we drove down a steep ramp and had to leave the car there and they would actually park it. So fortunatly my husband had taken our luggage into the hotel prior to this all we had to get of the car was my mobiltiy scooter. The lift was out of order which meant i had to drive my scooter up a steep ramp which was too steep for my scooter so my husband had to push me. It also took us ages to find the hotel as not knowing the area we got lost. I did point this out to the receptionist and he said that there was parking closer but the one he recommended was affiliated the the hotel. Also the manager sent an email asking us to rate the hotel and i told him also of our issues but he has not even replied.

  : Our room was decent and front desk at check-in was friendly. The king bed was comfortable and the location is impeccable -- close to multiple trains, Barclays Center, BAM, Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge Park, etc.
  : Check-out was not as smooth as I would have liked; there was only one front desk attendant at 10:30am. Our toilet seat cover was already broken when we arrived in our room and I could hear the people upstairs stomping/jumping.
