  : as soon as you get to the front there’s a lot of junkieswalking around , the walls are very thin in between rooms a lot of arguing was going on in the floor I was sleeping on , the bed was uncomfortable, the picture looked better

  : There was nothing pleasant about this place. Unfortunately, it was overpriced for what it was and it sure wasn't a 4 star hotel.
  : At first, we didn't like the location because the neighbourhood was trashier than what we expected. We thought that at least we should feel safer in the hotel, but it wasn't the case. There were no security guard or security device to enter the hotel. Outsiders could come inside freely and of course it wasn't necessarily nice people. When we arrive, the staff told us that our room was "broken" and that we would get only one bed instead of two (we were 4 people). There were no accomodation for this and they never contact us to inform us about the problem in advance. It was late at night when we arrive and we couldn't fin any other hotel. They promised to give us a night free of charge for the trouble and refund the other night of our stay so we decided to stay until morning to give us a little bit of time to find another hotel. But at the end, they didn't refund us yet. We had a terrible night. 4 grown up people in a bed with no additional sheets and pillows wasn't pleasant at all. The room also had a very strong smell of cigarettes and it was really dirty. The sheets had holes in it, the floor had stains and marks of unknown dry liquid, the walls had dirty hand stamped on, the bathroom had blue paint stains on the floor and stains of dirt everywhere. During the night, our neighboors in the rooms next to us partied, screamed and knocked on random doors all night. We couldn't reach anybody to stop that unpleasant situation. We left the hotel quickly early the next morning, disappointed, tired and upset. It was unacceptable !

  : The room was filled with cigarette smell coming from other rooms. Definitely not a place to relax

  : The location worked well for our plans on our trip. conveniently located near the train station and plenty of food nearby. refrigerator, microwave and the staff was friendly. they let us keep our luggage safely secured after checkout before our flight. It was very affordable.
  : The outside location is rough if one isn’t prepared for that. Our room was dirty with crayons and writings all over the walls. The tv didn’t work and the other hotel customers were sketchy and sometimes loud.

  : Bless NYC that they turn certain hotels into homeless shelters when needed. It just happened to be one when we arrived, while we booked via booking.com
  : The (linoleum) floor of our room wasn’t clean, there were nasty spots on the bathroom wall that weren’t cleaned, the lights in the room were the brightest white, it felt we were in a doctor’s office with a bed in it. We are extremely disappointed in the whole booking.
