  : Door code was easy to learn/use, loved the beach decor inside and outside, the string lights on the patio were cute as well as functional at night, tv/cable/wi-fi was easy to use and no outages.
  : The bathtub needs major work… plumbing is awful and the bottom of the tub is very slick (could be hazardous for anyone, especially bc the water never drains while the shower is running). We had to use a bath towel to make sure we didn’t slip. I would also suggest a small curtain or blinds to cover the window on the front door. It’s a little creepy. The mattresses weren’t very comfortable. It also seemed like beach access would be closer, per the description of the property.

  : The location was great and beach accessories was a plus.
  : Other places we've stayed had amenities such as coffee, snacks (i.e. chip bags), garbage bags, laundry pods available. This unit didn't.Sofa bed had dirt/sand, etc. On it so it wasn't used as planned.

  : very grubby , front door doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned or painted in years , rusty plug hole along with door stop in bathroom bleach stained bath towels and bath mat , greasy fan lights in kitchen, pitch black bbq area beach chairs falling apart along with front area table and umbrella

  : The property was cute and just the right size for my weekend visit. Really liked the beach decor-not overdone and very comfortable. Spent a ton of time on patio-gorgeous weekend weather. One minute walk to a park on the bay side (jumping fish for entertainment) and literally a three minute stroll to the sandy beach on the gulf!
  : Upon arrival I checked to see what type coffee maker was available so I could shop for the all important ingredients to make the morning necessity! There was both single serve and a full Mr. Coffee so I went with single serve. Sadly it did not work-water got hot but did not dispense. Called maintenance first thing and was told owner would be by that day to either fix or replace-still hadn’t shown up when I left at 10 am on Monday. Improvised by cutting open single serving pods but a fail on customer service. The bathroom could use some TLC as there was no stopper for tub and rust around drain in tub and sink. Bathmat also showing some wear & tear and bleach spots.

  : It was close to the beach. Perfect size for my husband and I. Having a full kitchen was a plus.
  : The front door window didn't have a blind or covering for it. Also the water pressure wasn't good in the shower.
