  : The location is excellent. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Private beach with access directly across the road. The property is not perfect but exactly what youd expect from an old Florida style rental condo and clean. Linens were of good quality and abundant. Kitchen is well stocked. The washer and dryer are a nice bonus. The beach chairs, toys and umbrella were very helpful.
  : Communication with management during the stay was nonexistent. I called several times. The number goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full so theres no way to leave a message. I emailed twice with no response. This left us unable to enjoy the property fully.

  : Accommodation in need of redecorating and items like shower screen needs replacing, less remote controls (6 in total) and better instructions on TV control, present instructions are very poor.
