: the beach location was nice and the location to Pine street and morning walks were nice.
: the property was horribly run down, smelled liked mold, shoddy furniture (except the 2 couches), kitchen was not appointed well with much and was looking like it came pice meal from a second hand shop. we found cockroaches in the Laundry area. We also thought we would have a second floor bedroom as the pictures make it look like you get a second floor for views etc. However it is a separate unit and we were always expecting someone else to show up and have to share the beach and deck.

: Location, location, location! Right on the beach. The house was comfortable, clean, and had all we needed for a beach stay. There were floats and beach toys available for us to use. We loved the quite 'private' beach. The furniture was a mix but we found it comfortable, especially the push button recliner. The house was easy to navigate with a walker. Even though there were few towels and washrags, the washer and dryer on site made it easy to wash them. The beach towels were a big help too.
: Upon arrival we discovered the carpet damp in one bedroom. By morning it was wet. We called Vacasa and they sent someone out. It was a known issue that had not been fixed completely. It was a serious fall hazard especially for someone using a walker. The king bed was very hard. I ended up sleeping on pillows to make it bearable. I asked for a mattress topper but was told one was not available.

: View is the best of this house,house is perfect for small families, small house but completely equipped and comfortable I hope to find new dates to back at this house we love it
