  : Very cute cottage in great location. Easy check in with key pad. Easy walk to the beach (one block without having to cross Gulf). Sandbar Restaurant easy beach walk and nice walk to Bean Point. Property well maintained and very clean. You could not ask for a better staff- they were extremely responsive (thank you Scott!) The patio was lovely and storage shed had good quality beach chairs/ boogie boards. Patio private and fenced - also could accommodate one car. Nice patio furniture and grill w plenty of propane. The baths were well stocked with towels and easy to use washer and dryer.
  : Living room very small and if pull out sofa needed chairs would need to be moved. There was not a very useable dining table. Patio table good size and if just eating out would not be an issue. Water pressure good EXCEPT in showers. A nice addition would be a cart for beach gear.

  : Location was a very short walk to the beach. Could not view the ocean from the house, but on a quiet street and just feet from beach access. Nice back courtyard, grill, outdoor shower. Very cozy, quaint, and comfortable. Easy entry with code.
  : Suggestion...provide hangers in the closets, can opener, trash sacks, a few cleaning supplies to help us keep the place clean during our stay. A tv in the second bedroom would have been a nice addition.

  : The cottage was very clean. Loved the sense of humor of the vacasa employee I messaged with. Very near the beach. The backyard was quite private and fully fenced so our pooch was happy. A/C worked very well. We felt very safe.
  : It’s near the main road so a bit noisy. The tv remote was hard to use. The shower head water pressure was weak. The outside could use tidying.

  : The house right next door being built. Construction was loud. The 2nd bedroom comforter appeared to have animal hair all over it.

  : Location. Also our coffee maker broke and they sent out a new one that day.
  : Hard to get in touch with Vacasa office. Our smoke alarm kept going off for no reason and I called to find out if it could be disengaged. No one ever responded.

  : It looked like the house had a dishwasher but didn't. we had to call to get door code because we received no info prior to arrival and no one met us at check in. we didn't receive checkout instructions until 2 hours after we had left.
